Proper Attire

• Males: Shirt, slacks and tie or a suit, dress boots or shoes ( no Timberland type boots or sneakers)

• Females: Skirt and blouse or dress (non revealing) and proper shoes

Campus Visits

• Students are required to wear business casual attire

• Males:

Slacks, shirts with a collar, shoes (no jeans, Timberland boots, or sneakers) No hanging pants. Belts must be worn

• Females:

Dress slacks, skirts (no more than 4 inches above the knee), dress, proper shoes for walking (flats,dress boots or heels)

• No Cellular phones are to be on during campus visits

After the last Campus tour of the day students may change their clothes in the tour bus restroom. Bus Ride, Evenings and the Weekend

• T-shirts ( no offensive language or pictures) and Jeans are allowed

Hotel

• Students can not exit their rooms in underwear, any type of night wear, without shirts and shoes.

• All students must present a neat appearance. Hair must be neat, no abnormal colors or hairstyles. Braids are allowed in a neat style.

• Doo rags, sweatbands are not allowed

• No excessive jewelry or piercing

Cancellation / Withdrawals:

• Student may withdraw from the tour at any time, but must do so in writing. Telephone, fax, or third party cancellations will not be accepted. Last Day to Withdrawal January 5th 2009

Rooming Arrangements

All requests will need to be made at least 30 days before the departure date.

• Additional hotels bills above room charges (ex. Room service, phone charges, etc.)

• Any other cost other than those specified in the final itinerary.

Suggestions

• Please make sure to bring any medication and make sure it is labeled

• Students are allowed to bring movies to watch on board the coach

• Students are encouraged to bring a minimum of $250 to cover the cost of food and souvenir shopping. We suggest a Cash Card.

• Each student may bring one blanket and /or pillow

• Students are encouraged to bring cameras, movies, and entertainment

• Students may bring snacks for the bus ride however all trash will be their responsibility.
