1. Before I went on the black college tour I was unsure if, I wanted to go on any college tours. However, I am now glad I went. Overall, I enjoyed it I met alot of different people from around the nation and now I have many new friends in different cities and states. This tour has helped me to understand the black college experience better.

3. Before the Step Higher program college tour, I had planned on going to college. This trip was a priviledge and advantage to me, although we didn't go to all the places that I had planned like (USA play) I still had fun. I know we are young adults and we have nagging hormones, but I didn't like the fact that tape was placed on our doors to check if we were staying in our rooms during the evening hours. I think we should have the opportunity to earn the Chaperones trust and if anything had occured that would ruin the chance of us going on the next trip. Nevertheless, I understood the reasoning and still had a great time. My choice of the college that wanted to attend before this trip was Spelman college. I was fortunate to learned a number of things about colege during the tour, specifically the academic standards necessary for acceptance. I also enjoyedlearning about the various other colleges surrounding Spelman as well. I would like to thank the chaperones for allowing this spontaneous event to take place.
4. Before going on the college Tour I was interested in learning about the Black Colleges, I had such a great time, thank you allowing me to go, I was a junior in high school and my grades were extremely bad, but they gave me a chance to go on the Tour, I was exposed to many great Historical Black Colleges, I came home after a week of touring each Campus with a new attitude. I am now focusing on making A's, B's, in order to be admitted and possibly become apart of the history that has preceded me.
