Janelle Selina Hocker is the founder of the Step Higher Program.
Ms. Hocker earned her Bachelor of Science degree from

Wilberforce University located in Xenia Ohio.

Through Ms.Hocker's various life experiences she has come to understand the importance of a post secondary education and felt it was vitally important to express its significance to others in her community by providing the various educational tours to universities around the nation.

The key element to the Step Higher plan is exposure.
